Psychoeducation and Virtual Services

Fine tuned programs that we do together help people understand their struggles, become unstuck and re-open communication between family and friends. 

• Psychoeducation has a place for everyone that want to learn how to become better versions of themselves. Psychoeducation does not diagnoses, but rather pinpoints behaviors that are interfering with our ability to building healthy relationships with our loved ones, our children and what we believe to be true within ourselves.  
• Psychoeducation does not diagnose: With that being said, psychoeducation gives clients tools to navigate their current issues and like counseling, psychoeducation is interconnected with the cognitive behavioral modality, which will further help clients understand maladaptive behavioral patterns, introduce techniques to process emotional blocks, build trust within one's self, gain self awareness which will illuminate a pathway to overall wellness.

Being able to have session from anywhere is a huge plus in the world we live in today. Sessions can be done over your phone or PC. All my sessions are 100% virtual.
