The NAMA-Certified Parenting Education Program is a structured psychoeducational class designed to support parents and caregivers in developing effective, healthy parenting skills. This program focuses on building practical tools that promote positive family relationships, improve communication, and support long-term behavioral change.

  • Positive discipline and behavior management techniques

  • Effective communication with children and co-parents

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Strengthening parent-child relationships

  • Problem-solving and decision-making within the family
