New for May 2026!
Upcoming NAMA Certified Classes
All programs are structured psychoeducational classes designed to provide practical tools that support positive behavioral change, personal accountability, and healthier decision-making for both individuals and families.
This program is facilitated by a certified instructor through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), a nationally recognized organization whose certifications are accepted by many courts, community agencies, and social service providers. Receiving instruction from a professionally trained facilitator ensures that participants are learning evidence-based skills and up-to-date educational material designed to support meaningful change.
Programs typically run 8–12 weeks, with classes held once per week. Each session follows a structured curriculum that helps participants identify behavioral patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, strengthen communication, and make healthier decisions in daily life.
Classes are available in both group and individual formats, depending on the needs of the participant and any requirements set by courts or referring agencies. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion documenting their participation in a NAMA-based educational program.
Clients will learn:
Each program is designed to help parents and caregivers develop the skills needed to create healthier family dynamics, improve communication with their children, and make positive parenting decisions that reduce the risk of future legal or interpersonal conflicts. Jennifer brings experience working with court-ordered clients and understands the importance of accountability, structured documentation, and program completion for parents navigating the legal system.
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the program, and monthly progress reports are provided to referring professionals to support transparency, compliance, and follow-up care.
Equine Wellness Classes
Some of my clients prefer to meet individually and in person. They enjoy coming out to the farm and have session at "The Barn" office surrounded by nature and horses. This natural environment helps put clients at ease and they get to come out to the country and have their individual sessions on "The Barn Porch" surrounded by the sounds of nature and horses. Sometimes horses are used in sessions and sometimes it is just enough to be present in a world many of us do not get to experience.
No riding experience is necessary.
Upcoming Court Ordered Psychoeducation Programs
Programs are designed for participants gain insight into patterns of behavior, develop healthier coping skills, and build practical tools that support responsible decision-making and personal growth.

Newly Added: Support for Pet Owners
As an animal lover my entire life, I understand the deep pain that comes with losing a beloved pet. Our pets are family. They are loved, cherished, and often become our quiet support system—always present, always listening.
Unfortunately, not everyone fully understands the depth of grief that comes with losing an animal companion. That is where I come in. Through supportive group sessions and individual wellness classes, we take time to process the stages of grief, honor the bond you shared with your pet, and find healthy ways to move forward while keeping those memories close to your heart.
We also explore how other animals in the household may be affected by the loss. Pets can grieve too—especially when they have relied on another animal as their companion or pack leader—and together we look at ways to support them during this transition as well.
