Our Psychoeducation Wellness Classes

Psychoeducation Wellness, Equine Wellness and Pet Bereavement

Psychoeducation Wellness Sessions

Our wellness sessions focus on fine-tuned, client-driven goals designed to help you better understand your challenges, overcome obstacles, and regain control in your personal and professional life. Together, we explore strategies for emotional regulation, stress management, grief and loss, effective communication, and decision-making. These sessions create a safe, supportive space to become unstuck, build resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

 Equine Wellness Classes

For those seeking a more peaceful and personalized experience, individual sessions are offered in person at The Barn—a serene, nature-based setting surrounded by horses and open space. Clients are invited to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect in a calm, grounding environment.

Sessions may take place on The Barn Porch, where the sounds of nature and the gentle presence of horses create a naturally relaxing atmosphere. The farm setting often helps clients feel more at ease, allowing for deeper reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

In some sessions, horses may be incorporated as part of the experience, offering unique opportunities for connection, mindfulness, and insight. In others, simply being present in this peaceful environment is enough to support the work being done.

No horse or riding experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down, be present, and engage in the process.

Newly Added: Pet Bereavement

As an animal lover my entire life, I understand the deep pain that comes with losing a beloved pet. Our pets are family. They are loved, cherished, and often become our quiet support system—always present, always listening.

Unfortunately, not everyone fully understands the depth of grief that comes with losing an animal companion. That is where I come in. Through supportive group sessions and individual wellness classes, we take time to process the stages of grief, honor the bond you shared with your pet, and find healthy ways to move forward while keeping those memories close to your heart.

We also explore how other animals in the household may be affected by the loss. Pets can grieve too—especially when they have relied on another animal as their companion or pack leader—and together we look at ways to support them during this transition as well.
